Toll tariffs and any change in toll tariffs are determined by the terms of the concession contract signed between the state and ALiS, after a call for tender, for the construction and operation of the Rouen Alençon A28 motorway. The tariffs are verified and validated every year by various State offices, including the DGCCRF (Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Prevention of Fraud).
