ALiS' corporate social responsibility

Since 2020, ALiS has profoundly transformed its ESG policy to make it a strategic lever for sustainable performance

Based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact, ALiS has structured an ambitious approach, founded on listening to its stakeholders and territorial anchoring. This first phase (2020-2025) has laid the solid foundations of committed governance, a proactive environmental policy, and strong social and societal engagement. Safety, customer satisfaction, environment, and support for local dynamics have been the pillars of this transformation.

Today, building on this experience, we are entering a new phase, more demanding, more structuring, more transversal.

The period 2025-2030 marks a decisive acceleration of our commitment

Faced with the climate emergency and the collapse of biodiversity, we are intensifying our actions around two major issues: the continuation of the decarbonization of our activities and the preservation of biodiversity. At the same time, we are also focusing on the safety of our customers and employees as well as improving the customer experience. These issues are irrigated by a guiding thread: our Normand territorial anchoring, which guides our partnerships, our investment choices, and our social responsibility.

We are currently ahead of our trajectory and our decarbonization objectives, thus confirming the solidity of our strategy and our commitment to carbon neutrality. The Net Zero commitment by 2050, in agreement with the SBTi methodology, remains at the heart of our ambition. We also want to accelerate and strengthen our action in favor of biodiversity, now relying on the SBTN framework to structure our commitments.

This dynamic is part of a rapidly evolving regulatory context; although the CSRD is not yet formally applicable to our company, we anticipate its deployment by strengthening our non-financial reporting system now. This approach aims to meet the growing expectations of our shareholders and financial partners, guaranteeing them transparency, reliability, and readability of our ESG commitments.

The well-being of our employees, quality of life at work, diversity, and inclusion are inseparable priorities from our overall performance. Our ESG policy 2025-2030 therefore continues to place our employees at the heart of the company's project. It is their efforts, involvement, and professionalism that allow us to achieve remarkable results, confirmed by our leading position in the sector's ESG evaluations. This collective success is the result of daily commitment at all levels of the organization. It testifies to the strength of our corporate culture, based on responsibility, cooperation, and pride in acting for sustainable mobility in the service of its users and its territory.
